小型(xing)混凝土輸送泵在使用過程中如(ru)何合(he)理布管(guan)才(cai)能高效(xiao)使用了(le),三民重科來跟你細細講解(jie):
一、垂直向上布管
垂(chui)直向上(shang)布管時(shi),混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)泵(beng)分配閥換向吸(xi)入混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)(或停止泵(beng)送)時(shi),垂(chui)直管中的混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)重力將對混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)泵(beng)產(chan)生逆流(liu)壓(ya)(ya)力(簡稱背壓(ya)(ya)),垂(chui)直管的高(gao)度越(yue)高(gao)則逆流(liu)壓(ya)(ya)力越(yue)大。該(gai)逆流(liu)壓(ya)(ya)力會使混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)容積(ji)效率降低,影響(xiang)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)泵(beng)的排量,造成混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)離析而堵管。所以,在(zai)垂(chui)直向上(shang)配管時(shi)要設法克服此逆流(liu)壓(ya)(ya)力,方法是:
1、當垂(chui)直高度(du)降低時,在垂(chui)直配管(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)下端與混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土泵之間(jian)設置(zhi)一(yi)定(ding)長(chang)度(du)的(de)(de)水(shui)平(ping)管(guan)(guan)(guan),一(yi)般(ban)垂(chui)直和水(shui)平(ping)管(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)長(chang)度(du)之比為3:1,一(yi)般(ban)不宜(yi)少(shao)于15m,利用水(shui)平(ping)管(guan)(guan)(guan)中的(de)(de)混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土拌(ban)合物與輸(shu)送管(guan)(guan)(guan)壁間(jian)的(de)(de)摩擦阻力來平(ping)衡逆流壓力。
2、當垂直高度過高后者受到場地限制時,此時只靠設置水平(ping)管(guan)(guan)(guan)難以平(ping)衡逆流(liu)壓力,則宜(yi)在輸(shu)送管(guan)(guan)(guan)的錐形管(guan)(guan)(guan)和直通管(guan)(guan)(guan)之間設置插(cha)閥管(guan)(guan)(guan),在停止(zhi)泵(beng)送時關(guan)閉插(cha)閥管(guan)(guan)(guan)已防止(zhi)混凝土反(fan)流(liu)。
彎管(guan)(guan)的(de)固(gu)定、垂(chui)直管(guan)(guan)和墻(qiang)壁(bi)或墻(qiang)身(shen)固(gu)定見(jian)圖,彎管(guan)(guan)要有牢固(gu)的(de)基礎,盡量不使混凝土泵的(de)振(zhen)動傳遞給垂(chui)直管(guan)(guan),垂(chui)直管(guan)(guan)也(ye)需固(gu)定牢固(gu),以免產生振(zhen)動。
當(dang)垂直向上,泵送高度超過30m時,應把新(xin)的、無磨損的管(guan)子或管(guan)壁(bi)厚(hou)的管(guan)子配(pei)置在(zai)管(guan)路開始處(chu),以(yi)防管(guan)內壓力過高,而產(chan)生故障(zhang)。必要時檢查壁(bi)厚(hou),若管(guan)子長(chang)期使用磨損較(jiao)大,在(zai)壓力大處(chu)一律調(diao)換新(xin)管(guan)。
二、向(xiang)下(xia)配(pei)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)和泵(beng)送(song)(song)混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土,當配(pei)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)傾(qing)(qing)(qing)斜(xie)(xie)度(du)大(da)于4-7度(du)時,在傾(qing)(qing)(qing)斜(xie)(xie)的(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)段(duan)內(nei)大(da)流(liu)(liu)(liu)動度(du)的(de)(de)混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土就(jiu)可能因自重而產生向(xiang)下(xia)自流(liu)(liu)(liu)的(de)(de)現象(xiang),使(shi)輸送(song)(song)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)內(nei)出現空(kong)洞或(huo)因自流(liu)(liu)(liu)使(shi)混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土產生離析而使(shi)輸送(song)(song)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)堵塞(sai)。為此應(ying)在向(xiang)下(xia)傾(qing)(qing)(qing)斜(xie)(xie)配(pei)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)前端設置(zhi)相當于落差H5倍以上的(de)(de)水平(ping)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)段(duan)(3倍H加一段(duan)軟(ruan)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)),利(li)用其(qi)摩(mo)擦阻力阻止混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土的(de)(de)自流(liu)(liu)(liu),當配(pei)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)傾(qing)(qing)(qing)斜(xie)(xie)度(du)大(da)于7-12度(du)時,除(chu)傾(qing)(qing)(qing)斜(xie)(xie)配(pei)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)前端設置(zhi)的(de)(de)5H的(de)(de)水平(ping)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(或(huo)3H加一段(duan)軟(ruan)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan))外(wai),尚(shang)應(ying)在下(xia)斜(xie)(xie)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)上端設置(zhi)排(pai)(pai)氣(qi)閥(fa)。在泵(beng)送(song)(song)過程中,如傾(qing)(qing)(qing)斜(xie)(xie)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)段(duan)內(nei)存有(you)空(kong)洞,應(ying)先打開排(pai)(pai)氣(qi)閥(fa)泵(beng)送(song)(song)排(pai)(pai)氣(qi),當傾(qing)(qing)(qing)斜(xie)(xie)段(duan)內(nei)充滿混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土,開始從排(pai)(pai)氣(qi)閥(fa)溢出砂漿時,再關閉排(pai)(pai)氣(qi)閥(fa),進行(xing)生成泵(beng)送(song)(song)。
如受場(chang)地限(xian)制,在向下(xia)傾斜(xie)管(guan)(guan)(guan)段(duan)的(de)前端無(wu)足夠場(chang)地布置水平管(guan)(guan)(guan)時,可用軟(ruan)管(guan)(guan)(guan)、彎管(guan)(guan)(guan)或(huo)環(huan)形管(guan)(guan)(guan)代替以增大摩(mo)擦力,阻止向下(xia)傾斜(xie)管(guan)(guan)(guan)段(duan)內的(de)混凝土自流。
由于向(xiang)下泵(beng)送(song)混凝土時(shi)(shi),混凝土的自(zi)流(liu)與其(qi)塌落度關系密切,為防止向(xiang)下自(zi)流(liu),混凝土離析,大(da)角度向(xiang)下輸(shu)送(song)時(shi)(shi),應在泵(beng)送(song)開(kai)始時(shi)(shi),在管路中裝入(ru)海綿橡膠球。
三、不同布管的水(shui)平換算長(chang)度
實(shi)際布管(guan)中,由于采用(yong)的管(guan)道(dao)形式、數量、形式不同,實(shi)際輸送距離和高度也不相(xiang)同,為計算方便(bian)講錘形管(guan)、彎管(guan)、軟管(guan)、向上垂(chui)直(zhi)管(guan)、向下(xia)垂(chui)直(zhi)管(guan)等都換成水平長(chang)度,水平核算值與混(hun)凝(ning)土特性、管(guan)徑(jing)等相(xiang)關,一般(ban)可(ke)參(can)照下(xia)圖(tu):
