如何來布(bu)置(zhi)攪(jiao)拌拖泵(beng)的輸(shu)送管路(lu)呢?其實攪(jiao)拌拖泵(beng)的輸(shu)送管路(lu)布(bu)置(zhi)有三個方面,一是泵(beng)出(chu)口管路(lu)布(bu)置(zhi),二是垂直(zhi)向(xiang)上的管路(lu)布(bu)置(zhi),三是垂直(zhi)向(xiang)下的管路(lu)布(bu)置(zhi)。我們先(xian)來看泵(beng)出(chu)口管路(lu)布(bu)置(zhi)。
1、泵出口管(guan)路布置(zhi)形(xing)式
泵出口管路(lu)布(bu)置形式(shi)有三種(zhong),根據現(xian)場(chang)施(shi)工(gong)條(tiao)件(jian)而定。
(1)直(zhi)接(jie)(jie)聯(lian)接(jie)(jie):泵出(chu)口與錐管聯(lian)接(jie)(jie)后,筆直(zhi)往前設置(zhi)。
(2)U形聯接:泵出口與(yu)錐管(guan)(guan)聯接后(hou),并按3m直管(guan)(guan),接兩個90度(du)彎(wan)管(guan)(guan)成180度(du)水(shui)平彎(wan)管(guan)(guan)。
(3)L形聯(lian)接:泵出口與錐(zhui)管聯(lian)接后(hou)并(bing)接3m直管,接一個水(shui)平90度彎管。
不(bu)同的聯(lian)(lian)接(jie)方式各有優(you)缺點(dian),直接(jie)聯(lian)(lian)接(jie),泵(beng)(beng)送(song)(song)(song)(song)阻(zu)力(li)(li)小(xiao),但(dan)泵(beng)(beng)送(song)(song)(song)(song)高(gao)度較(jiao)(jiao)大時,混凝土易倒流,適合(he)于(yu)水平或水下(xia)以下(xia)輸(shu)送(song)(song)(song)(song)混凝土;U形聯(lian)(lian)接(jie),泵(beng)(beng)送(song)(song)(song)(song)阻(zu)力(li)(li)較(jiao)(jiao)大,但(dan)泵(beng)(beng)送(song)(song)(song)(song)高(gao)度較(jiao)(jiao)大時,混凝土不(bu)容(rong)易倒流,適合(he)大高(gao)度泵(beng)(beng)送(song)(song)(song)(song);L形聯(lian)(lian)接(jie)泵(beng)(beng)送(song)(song)(song)(song)阻(zu)力(li)(li)介于(yu)上(shang)述兩(liang)種情況之(zhi)間,但(dan)橫向(xiang)反作用(yong)力(li)(li)大,因此,錐管處應有牢固(gu)的固(gu)定。

垂直向上的管路布置
(1)
垂(chui)直(zhi)向(xiang)上(shang)的輸送管路可以沿電(dian)梯井,腳手架向(xiang)上(shang)布置,也可從樓面預(yu)留(liu)孔中(zhong)穿過,這便于管路拆(chai)裝。
(2)
垂直(zhi)向上(shang)的輸送管(guan)(guan)(guan)路(lu)必須用(yong)新(xin)管(guan)(guan)(guan),高度較大(da)時,底部應使用(yong)厚壁管(guan)(guan)(guan)下面(mian)的彎(wan)(wan)(wan)管(guan)(guan)(guan)應為厚壁管(guan)(guan)(guan),且易于(yu)拆卸(xie)。垂直(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)路(lu)不能(neng)使用(yong)彎(wan)(wan)(wan)管(guan)(guan)(guan)做支撐,每(mei)根管(guan)(guan)(guan)都(dou)應設(she)1-2個支撐。直(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)及彎(wan)(wan)(wan)管(guan)(guan)(guan)需(xu)夾(jia)子固(gu)定,即固(gu)定于(yu)墻(qiang)上(shang),腳手架上(shang)、塔(ta)機塔(ta)身或電梯(ti)井(jing)內,使管(guan)(guan)(guan)路(lu)及輸送的混凝土(tu)料的重力由支撐點傳到建筑物上(shang)。
(3)
垂直管路(lu)(lu)隨著(zhu)高(gao)度(du)的(de)(de)(de)(de)增加,被輸送的(de)(de)(de)(de)混(hun)凝土(tu)有回流(liu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)趨勢,對S管產生(sheng)沖擊(ji),為減弱這種沖擊(ji)力(li),應在(zai)攪拌拖(tuo)泵和垂直管路(lu)(lu)間鋪設一定長度(du)的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)平管路(lu)(lu),以保證有足夠的(de)(de)(de)(de)阻力(li)阻止混(hun)凝土(tu)回流(liu)。水(shui)平管路(lu)(lu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)長度(du)一般應不小于垂直管道長度(du)的(de)(de)(de)(de)15%,高(gao)層泵送,應在(zai)攪拌拖(tuo)泵的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)平管路(lu)(lu)中設置(zhi)管路(lu)(lu)截止閥(fa)。

攪拌拖泵
垂直向下的管路布置垂(chui)直向(xiang)下輸送混(hun)凝土(tu),當落差大于6mm時(shi),為防止混(hun)凝土(tu)離析,應按(an)圖1來(lai)布管,并且
攪拌拖泵
在泵(beng)送(song)時,應在相(xiang)隔20-30m的不同高度的管(guan)路中裝入海綿球(qiu)以保證(zheng)泵(beng)送(song)順利。
