混凝土輸送泵
在泵(beng)送(song)后停機(ji)(ji)再啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)時,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)不(bu)(bu)能(neng)啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong),聽聲音好象是(shi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)力不(bu)(bu)足,同(tong)時星形連(lian)接(jie)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)的交流繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)“啪嗒啪嗒”不(bu)(bu)停地跳,懷疑(yi)是(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)不(bu)(bu)足或者少相而造成的。經檢查,三(san)相電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)均非常(chang)(chang)穩定;當我們將交流繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)換(huan)新后,繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)不(bu)(bu)再跳動(dong)(dong)(dong),但(dan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)聲音仍(reng)然異常(chang)(chang);將電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)轉換(huan)為三(san)角形連(lian)接(jie)后,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)聲音恢復了正(zheng)常(chang)(chang),但(dan)機(ji)(ji)器(qi)主(zhu)(zhu)油路的壓(ya)(ya)力居高不(bu)(bu)下,而泵(beng)送(song)作業卻正(zheng)常(chang)(chang),停止泵(beng)送(song)后,主(zhu)(zhu)油路的壓(ya)(ya)力還是(shi)居高不(bu)(bu)下,說明主(zhu)(zhu)泵(beng)未卸(xie)荷。由(you)此推測,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)異常(chang)(chang)可能(neng)是(shi)因為電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)帶(dai)負載啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong),故障(zhang)不(bu)(bu)在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)上。
電機啟動正常時,主(zhu)油路是不可能有壓力(li)的。若液(ye)壓油不清潔,主(zhu)油路電液(ye)換向閥被堵塞,會導致(zhi)(zhi)油路不通(tong),致(zhi)(zhi)使電機帶負載啟動。
于是,將主油(you)路上(shang)的(de)電(dian)磁換(huan)向(xiang)(xiang)閥和液(ye)動換(huan)向(xiang)(xiang)閥分(fen)別拆下(xia)清洗,當(dang)打開液(ye)動換(huan)向(xiang)(xiang)閥時,發現閥腔內兩(liang)端的(de)回位(wei)彈(dan)簧(huang)中有一端的(de)彈(dan)簧(huang)已折斷(duan)(duan)了,使閥芯失去平衡,移向(xiang)(xiang)折斷(duan)(duan)彈(dan)簧(huang)的(de)那一端,從而(er)將換(huan)向(xiang)(xiang)閥的(de)T形(xing)堵死(si),使液(ye)壓油(you)進入(ru)液(ye)動換(huan)向(xiang)(xiang)閥后不能同(tong)T形(xing)腔流回油(you)箱(xiang),而(er)進入(ru)推送機(ji)(ji)構(gou)的(de)液(ye)壓缸中,致使主泵不能卸壓,造成電(dian)機(ji)(ji)帶負載啟(qi)動。換(huan)上(shang)新彈(dan)簧(huang)后,電(dian)機(ji)(ji)啟(qi)動正常,輸漿泵也工作正常。
