混凝土輸送泵
在泵送后(hou)停機(ji)(ji)(ji)再啟動(dong)(dong)時,電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)不(bu)能啟動(dong)(dong),聽聲(sheng)音好象是(shi)動(dong)(dong)力(li)不(bu)足(zu),同時星形(xing)連接(jie)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源的(de)交(jiao)流繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)器“啪嗒啪嗒”不(bu)停地跳,懷疑是(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)不(bu)足(zu)或者少相而造(zao)成的(de)。經檢查,三(san)(san)相電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)均非常(chang)穩定;當(dang)我們將交(jiao)流繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)器換新后(hou),繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)器不(bu)再跳動(dong)(dong),但電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)啟動(dong)(dong)聲(sheng)音仍然異常(chang);將電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源轉換為(wei)三(san)(san)角形(xing)連接(jie)后(hou),電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)啟動(dong)(dong)聲(sheng)音恢(hui)復(fu)了正(zheng)常(chang),但機(ji)(ji)(ji)器主(zhu)(zhu)油(you)路的(de)壓(ya)力(li)居高(gao)不(bu)下,而泵送作業(ye)卻正(zheng)常(chang),停止泵送后(hou),主(zhu)(zhu)油(you)路的(de)壓(ya)力(li)還是(shi)居高(gao)不(bu)下,說明主(zhu)(zhu)泵未卸荷。由此推測,電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)啟動(dong)(dong)異常(chang)可能是(shi)因為(wei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)帶負載啟動(dong)(dong),故障不(bu)在電(dian)(dian)(dian)器上(shang)。
電(dian)機啟動正(zheng)常時,主(zhu)油路(lu)(lu)是(shi)不(bu)可能(neng)有壓力的。若液壓油不(bu)清潔(jie),主(zhu)油路(lu)(lu)電(dian)液換向(xiang)閥(fa)被(bei)堵塞(sai),會導(dao)致油路(lu)(lu)不(bu)通,致使電(dian)機帶負載啟動。
于是,將(jiang)主油路上的(de)(de)電(dian)磁換(huan)向(xiang)閥(fa)和液(ye)動(dong)換(huan)向(xiang)閥(fa)分別(bie)拆下清洗,當打開液(ye)動(dong)換(huan)向(xiang)閥(fa)時,發現(xian)閥(fa)腔(qiang)內兩端的(de)(de)回位彈簧(huang)中(zhong)有(you)一端的(de)(de)彈簧(huang)已(yi)折斷了,使(shi)閥(fa)芯失去(qu)平(ping)衡,移向(xiang)折斷彈簧(huang)的(de)(de)那一端,從而(er)將(jiang)換(huan)向(xiang)閥(fa)的(de)(de)T形堵(du)死,使(shi)液(ye)壓油進(jin)入液(ye)動(dong)換(huan)向(xiang)閥(fa)后不(bu)能同T形腔(qiang)流回油箱,而(er)進(jin)入推送機(ji)構的(de)(de)液(ye)壓缸(gang)中(zhong),致使(shi)主泵不(bu)能卸壓,造成(cheng)電(dian)機(ji)帶負載啟(qi)動(dong)。換(huan)上新(xin)彈簧(huang)后,電(dian)機(ji)啟(qi)動(dong)正(zheng)常(chang),輸(shu)漿泵也(ye)工作正(zheng)常(chang)。
