選擇多大電(dian)機混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)泵(beng),首先要考慮變壓器(qi)容量,其次考慮距離混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)泵(beng)的遠近(jin)和(he)線(xian)徑大小(xiao),以免壓降(jiang)過大造成電(dian)流增高(gao)或跳閘停機,過大功率造成成本增加和(he)使用不便(bian)。電(dian)機過小(xiao),同時也滿足不了工程需要。

一(yi)臺混凝土(tu)輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)(de)(de)電機功(gong)率(lv)是決(jue)定出口壓力和(he)輸(shu)送(song)方(fang)量的(de)(de)(de)前提條件,在電機功(gong)率(lv)一(yi)定的(de)(de)(de)情況下,壓力的(de)(de)(de)升高(gao)必將使輸(shu)送(song)量降低;相(xiang)反,降低出口壓力,將會使輸(shu)送(song)量增(zeng)加(jia)。
為了(le)保證混凝土(tu)輸(shu)送(song)泵既要有較(jiao)大(da)(da)輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)(liang),又(you)能有一定的(de)出(chu)(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)和與之相(xiang)匹配的(de)經濟功率(lv),在混凝土(tu)輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)設(she)計中,大(da)(da)都采(cai)用了(le)恒功率(lv)柱塞泵;即恒功率(lv)值(zhi)選定后,當出(chu)(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)升高(gao)(gao)時,油(you)泵輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)排(pai)量(liang)(liang)會自動降(jiang)低,達到(dao)(dao)(dao)與功率(lv)設(she)計相(xiang)對應的(de)值(zhi);如果既要達到(dao)(dao)(dao)出(chu)(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)高(gao)(gao),又(you)想得到(dao)(dao)(dao)輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)(liang)大(da)(da)的(de)目的(de)。惟一的(de)途徑就是增加(jia)電機功率(lv)。
因此,在(zai)新標準中,引用了混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵的能(neng)力(li)(li)指數概念;即混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵的實際出口壓(ya)力(li)(li)與每小時實際輸(shu)送(song)量之乘積,該(gai)值越大(da),其能(neng)力(li)(li)指數也(ye)越大(da),電機(ji)的功率也(ye)將越大(da),由此實現大(da)排量、高揚程的目(mu)的。有些(xie)廠(chang)家在(zai)設計時,還采用了高低壓(ya)切換(huan)的功能(neng)設計,以滿足不(bu)同(tong)的施工要求,在(zai)經濟狀態下,又能(neng)產生較大(da)的輸(shu)送(song)量,或者以相同(tong)的電機(ji)功率,產生較高的出口壓(ya)力(li)(li)。
在(zai)工程(cheng)中,我們(men)要合(he)理的選擇適合(he)我們(men)的混凝土(tu)輸(shu)送泵,這(zhe)樣既可以避免不(bu)必(bi)要的浪費(fei),和(he)不(bu)必(bi)要的消費(fei)。
